ELMOT JSC is the biggest manufacturer of 0.06-46 kW single and double speed asynchronous electric motors with conical rotorz and integrated brake. In hazardous environments up to 20kW, explosion proof category Ex(d)IIBT5; Ex(d)IICT5 as per EN5018. S4 operating mode (up to 25/50%). The electric motors manufactured by ELMOT JSC meet all international IEC, CE, GS, DIN and SLV requirements and can be produced with a built-in thermal protection in a number of voltage and frequency modifications and for various working environments (temperate, tropical, marine, cold climates).

  • Asynchronous electric motors with a conical cage-type rotor and integrated brake of the 0.12-30 kW KG, K and KV series, duty cycle up to 50% for single speed motors and 25/50% for double speed motors, flange mounted. Major applications: lifting mechanisms in chain and wire rope electric hoists, winches, winders and other lifting devices.

  • Explosion proof electric motors of the up to 20 kW K-Ex, AK-EX, KV-Ex, KK-Ex, AKK-Ex types operated in Ex(d)IIBT4 or Ex(d)IICT5 environments as per EN5018. Major applications: lifting and driving mechanisms in wire rope electric hoists, winches, winders and other lifting devices.

  • Asynchronous electric motors with a conical cage-type rotor and integrated brake of the 0.12-3 kW KKT and AK series, duty cycle up to 50% for single and double speed motors, flange mounted. Major applications: running gear drivetrains, geared motors and other crane components and devices requiring fast and accurate stopping.

  • Asynchronous electric motors with a conical cage-type rotor and integrated brake of the 0.11-1.5 kW KGC and BKC series, duty cycle up to 50% for single and double speed motors, optional built-in slipper clutch to prevent overloads. Major applications: lifting mechanisms in chain electric hoists, and other lifting devices.
